Even before the consecration ceremony in Ram temple, the demand for various models made of wood, brass and silver and gold has increased. According to the businessmen making these models (replicas), they are being supplied across the country and abroad. The model depicts the design of the grand temple under construction at the Ram Janmabhoomi site.
The models stand on a base, on which is written in Hindi.. Shri Ram Mandir Ayodhya or Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir Ayodhya. As the date of 22nd January is coming closer, the glimpse of Rammay atmosphere is increasing in the market too.
RSS, VHP, BJP officials are inviting people to Ayodhya by delivering Akshat to every home, while replicas of Ram Temple are being sold in different sizes in the market. Apart from this, the demand for Ramdarbar’s brass statues in Brass City has also increased. Ram’s glimpse and some other products written with Ram’s name are also popular in the market.
Idol businessman Abhishek Aggarwal said that at this time the whole atmosphere has become devotional. Apart from Ram temple, demand for mace, trident, conch and bells has increased. Bow and arrow orders have been received from Banaras. Ram temple is from one feet to two feet. The five feet Ram idol is in highest demand.
